Yes, this picture is for real. Bruce took it a week or so ago when we had wind chills of 30-40 below. I don't think I've ever seen an outside thermometer go this low (20 below zero!). Iowa-gotta love it.
So finally remembered to take the camera to Ty's game Friday night and snap some pictures. We won 45-0 and Ty had 3 TD's but one was called back. I don't know what his class will think when/if they ever lose. They haven't lost a game since grade school. Wouldn't that be awesome if they never did lose one? I think our varsity team will be a force to be reckoned with when they are juniors and seniors. Not saying that the varsity team currently isn't. They haven't lost this year either. Love football season but sad to see summer almost over! Go Wapsie Valley Warriors!

May we have many more river summers to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries with our friends and family. Oh, and this winter when you are having th...
Okay I just had to post this picture even though I did post it with all the college move in slideshow pictures. This is the emotional morning that we left to move Kyle into his dorm. I think this is a really good picture of all of us except obviously Cole is missing. But he always tries too hard and "sometimes" messes up pictures, so I think it is safe to say this is a pretty good picture of Bruce and I with 2 of 3 favorite children in the world! See.....I said you are ALL FAVORITE CHILDREN!!!!!!! Just wait until there are grandchildren.....none of you will make the blog very often!
